Answered my phone call right away, came out that afternoon (it was a Friday before a long weekend). Our mold was dry and only in the garage, but Paul climbed up into the garage attic to assess, was extremely knowledgeable about his product and mold problems in general. They were out to do the work the following Wednesday and when they were done you could not tell there had been any mold there at all. Spectacular!! Very happy with the result!

Even before any work was performed, Paul explained the whole process and the results of our mould test. It was scary to think about that much mould being in our home. We had been experiencing some adverse health effects but didn't realize they were mould related. Paul spent time answering all of our questions and then went to work on removing the mould. He was extremely professional and did a thorough job. He even left us some detergent to wash clothes or anything else that had come into contact with the mould spores. 100 percent happy with this company and the result.

Just had a wonderful guy over to the house to assess my air quality and possible mold in my 2 bedrooms. Mike was thorough and so professional. He assessed the outside of the house for mold and dampness as well as every room in my space. He took back my carpets back and measured for dampness and mold. Absolutely no concern! We called Paul explained our issue and within 2 hours he was at our house taking a look at our issue in our attic. Paul is very personable and knowledgeable. He explained everything to us and how the process would go. Out of the 6 companies we called and all the quotes we received we picked AuntieGen! We received the quote within 4 hours and later that week we agreed on a day to have the mold removed. Paul worked around our schedules and we are extremely happy with the service. Paul and team are excellent at what they do. AuntieGen truly cares about providing a quality service. I could tell that they truly care, not only about the quality of their work, but the well-being of the people they are providing their services to. Mold can do some damage, if not treated properly, and Paul was fantastic about letting me know that everything will be okay, and he will fix the issues with my home. The first night after AuntieGen treated my home, I experienced a deep sleep. The mold was doing negative things to my health, and disturbing my sleep was one of those negative things. I would recommend AuntieGen to anyone who thinks they may have a mold issue.

It has been a long hard fight with this disaster. Most contractors seemed genuinely concerned for our well being. But in reality they all came and went as fast as they could. We tore out all the wet drywall and mold formed before we were done. Jason at AuntieGen came out and tore out everything we couldn't. He treated the entire home. Then we found more mold behind the wall in the upstairs bathroom from a leak that happened last year. Jason came back and treated it again….for FREE. Just purchased a home that was previously occupied by smokers. AuntieGen was the only company that offered a treatment that could rid the home of the smoke odor which also was mold treatment all in one, and I have to say I was completely shocked to walk in the next day after treatment and be able to breath in clean and odor free air. It was such a huge weight lifted off, and on the plus, the treatment biodegrades and is safe after the 6 hours that it does its job. They stand behind their work as well which I loved. Very satisfied customer.

We bought our home in Brentwood and the initial inspection didn't show any mold. My 4 year old was getting sick all the time and the doctor recommended we get the house tested for mold. Sure enough the mold was in the walls and couldn’t be seen. The guys form auntiegen removed all the mold and now my little girl is getting better and better every day. They cleaned the air ducts too.

My grand daughter bought a house and the inspection did not detect any mold. Her four month old infant was getting sick just after three weeks living in the house. We had the air ducts cleaned and they told her she had mold in the duct work. After testing we found out there was toxic black mold throughout the basement. If you’re in middle Tennessee and need mold remediation, I highly recommend this company. I recently discovered mold after finding a leak and attempting to locate it and fix the problem. I spoke with Paul who was helpful, informative, knowledgeable, and took time to explain what he thought would be the safest approach. When told that I had a small child in the house, Paul immediately offered his help and offered to assist as quickly as he could (Same day!) After we assessed the situation together, we developed a plan forward and made my house safe again. He guarantees his work for the life of the home and is outstanding at customer service and communication! I also received a detailed report for the insurance company to review-not just a bill. Lots of companies out there, but I would definitely choose his one again.
